After an initial analysis, we decide whether a transaction is suitable for the institutional investors we work with.

SIGNATURE OF AGREEMENT

A cooperation agreement is concluded.


Time requirement: 1 week

Step 3.


DUE DILIGENCE + FACT SCHEET AND OTHER ACCOMPANYING MATERIALS

First, we prepare the materials that we will present to individual professional investors. These materials, in addition to individual economic indicators, also contain basic information about a project/company.


Time requirement: 3 weeks

Step 4.


REACHING OUT TO INVESTORS

An offer is presented to investors who meet the specified criteria.


Time requirement: 1 week

Step 5.


COMMUNICATION WITH INVESTORS, LETTER OF INTENT, NDA

Intensive communication with individual investors. Subsequently, based on a letter of interest, an NDA is signed.


Time requirement: 2-3 months

Step 6.


NEGOTIATIONS WITH INVESTORS

Detailed information about a project/company is made available to an investor. The terms and conditions of a transaction are negotiated, a draft contract is prepared. During this stage, several in-person meetings are held with the client’s attendance.


Time requirement: 3-5 months

Step 7.


CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTATION

The final stage of the process, when contracts are signed and other transaction tasks carried out.
